Wade has a passion for homebuilding and woodworking. He grew up in the construction industry in a quiet historic town in Massachusetts. His father is a successful custom home builder and master carpenter which is perhaps why Wade was practically born with a hammer in hand and sawdust in his blood. By the time he was 16 years old, he was leading a framing crew working on multi-million dollar custom homes.
Wade holds a degree in Construction Management, Business and Architecture from Roger Williams University. Wade's approach to his business is very hands-on as he actively oversees all operations. He is often found on the job site ensuring all workers and tradesmen are meeting the high quality craftsmanship and attention to detail that WKP strives for.
Fred joined the team in late 2013. Having spent over 40 years in construction building homes and developing real estate, his knowledge and experience is invaluable. He is on site daily overseeing all subcontractors, managing schedules, and is constant communication with clients.

Services
We have been working with Wade for the past year on a new custom home for our family in Newport. He has been professional, flexible, creative, diligent and a lot of fun to work with. He has been an incredible partner in the entire process, so involved in decisions and making excellent recommendations.
We partnered with Estes Twombly Architects to build a state-of-the-art modern field house. Behind a rambling stone wall, the home faces North overlooking Dutch Harbor, surrounded by a field of lush natural green in Jamestown's historic Fort Getty. Designed to compliment the pastoral landscape, the home will utilize a great deal of natural materials.
We are honored to be working on this historical building. Full gut renovation of one unit (foreground) to include all HVAC, electrical upgrades, all new bathrooms, and a gorgeous custom kitchen. Designed in the 19th century by William Ralph Emerson: Father of the Shingle Style. He was a true New England architect.
Our founder and CEO, Wade Paquin, is now offering 1 on 1 time via a phone call or Zoom call. You pick the topic. Whether it's best building practices, business questions, branding, etc. Wade will give you 50 minutes of his time to discuss industry related topics. With over 30 years of construction experience, Wade is knowledgeable and skilled in virtually every aspect and nuance of construction.
