We received a call to let us know our technicians were on their way. Arturo and Jr were professional, prompt, followed our requests to a tee, and left our carpeting looking and smelling fresh and new and bright! There is a pleasant, mild smell to their cleaner! Carpets dried quickly, and it continues to look clean. Arturo and Jr volunteered to move things aside which we didn’t even expect, and were very pleasant and quick; I think the job was finished in an hour or so, thoroughly, and they cleaned a good portion of our 1300 sq ft home! There was one area I’d asked them to pretreat and sanitize

Ruben and his partner were absolutely fantastic. On the day of service, they contacted me to ask if it was ok if they were early - YES! Originally I was just going to get my carpet cleaned, but on arrival, asked if they could clean some couch upholstery and an area rug - NO PROBLEM! Incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and even texted a week later to make sure I was satisfied with my service/quality. I will definitely use JC's again when I'm in need!

What a top notch service. Reuben and Danny are awesome and have cleaned my apartment multiple times. They are quick, thorough, and always on time! Extremely happy with the customer service I was given. Lars followed up in a timely fashion and his crew arrived early. This is a rarity given all of the home services I have used during my recent move. I hate to have to post this. My husband said they were really nice but the job was not that good. Carpet smelled great after it was cleaned but....after the carpet dried it looked the same and felt as if it was more dirty than before. Now we have to spend more money to have it cleaned correctly.

Lars from JC's carpet cleaning came out to give me a free estimate. He was professional, courteous, prompt, and honest. He told me that because of the severe stains and bleach marks, the carpet would not be returned to a beautiful state after cleaning. He showed me how some stains had permeated through the carpet and all the way through the carpet pad below. I really appreciate his honesty and integrity. I offered several times to pay him but he refused. Because of Lars, I didn't waste money on a carpet cleaning for a carpet that was actually beyond repair. Thank you!!!!

Really - as good as it gets. Needed an emergency carpet cleaning for 2 rooms as I was hosting my friends after a short notice... was able to schedule that very day! Within a couple of hours! Arturo and Shannon were extremely responsive and helpful. Lars was thorough and very personable. Would recommend 10/10
