Doug and Rose are a dream to work with. We had major water damage due to a water pipe burst where we had to redo subfloors, hardwoods, trim/baseboards, tile and drywall during a high-volume construction season. Northland took a very stressful situation and put us at ease. Doug met the insurance adjuster on site to help plan damages, worked with the remediation company to co-plan demo/remediation and within weeks we had drywall, flooring and cabinets reinstalled. We are still working through final details of project, but I cannot express my gratitude enough to Northland. They are reliable, hardworking

I’m extremely pleased with everything Northland Builders has done for our family.
During construction, every Northland employee was professional, courteous, and genuinely wanted to do the best job possible. Our home is on a nonconforming lot, so approval of a building permit was far from certain. Rose was able to navigate thru all the issues with the county and we received our building permit.
The original part of our home was built in the 30’s, it is about as square as an egg and the roof pitch was far from standard. Doug’s crew added an addition and installed LP Diamond Coat siding, it
