I recommend Cisco Smart Tech to anyone who needs any of their listed services. My project was dismounting two TV's, mounting two new ones, and setting up one 7.1 channel surround system for one TV and one sound bar with surround sound for the other TV.

Francisco texted when on way, arrive on time, and was patient and knowledgeable. He presented options to us, did not try to push any particular product. He was knowledgeable about our TV providers equipment (i.e. remotes) and how to make our devices including our computers (and operating systems) work together. He was patient while we wrote everything we needed to know to operate our devices. A good visit!

Cisco was excellent from our first conversation to the end of the installation. I had a 70" TV mounted in my living room. Prior to contacting Cisco, I reached out to someone I had used in the past. He made zero effort to accommodate me, complained about the time I preferred, and was generally rude. My experience with Cisco couldn't have been more different. He arrived when we planned, made recommendations, and when I noticed I didn't have the right length HDMI cables he went to the store and got them for me. Everything was done quickly and professionally. Couldn't recommend
