Originally from High Point, North Carolina Rudy is a second-generation home builder and a licensed General Contractor. He moved to Raleigh to pursue a Business Management and Economics degree from North Carolina State University and stayed in the area afterwards to raise a family. Rudy founded Upton and Co. in 1980 and has served as the President from the company's inception.
