All shipments, unless specifically denoted, are curb-side shipments. All larger shipments, shipped via freight carrier, will require a signature at the time of delivery. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, New England Grill & Hearth can not be held responsible for damages that may occur during delivery.

Buyer beware. He is a nice guy but sold me a stove that is very hard to use - I have to lay down on my stomach on the floor and reach my hand way back inside a metal hole to try to light the pilot light , which I still havn't figured out how to do. Very uncomfortable and difficult to use. I had it for 3 days and hated it and he wouldn't take it back. Total waste of a ton of money.

We looked at a number of other stores in ri to purchase our new cove fire bowl and am happy to say we found the best deal right here on aquidneck ave. The price was great but more importantly the service and delivery was great. The owner went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied and we were highly satisfied
