Our home has wrought iron railings that are original, nearly 70 years old, covered with many coats of paint and showing rust. We wanted to renovate the railings by removing as much paint as possible and repainting. Cracovia Contracting, Darius and especially Jozek, did a magnificent job. The railings were cleaned to the base metal, primed and painted. They look as new as 70 year old railings could look. Jozek did the work. He is incredibly neat and very pleasant to work with. I wholeheartedly endorse using Cracovia and Jozek and will use them for future work at our house.

Darius and Cracovia Contracting did a great job fixing our aging deck. They replaced rotting boards, built a lattice fence with removable door panel for under the deck, fixed our broken fence door, secured the deck rails, and stained the whole deck. They were great to work with, professional, and always adhered to the latest Covid guidance. We found them to be reasonably priced and cost conscious, always consulting us before taking on any additional expenses. They also came back several times to fix a minor issue with the deck stain, making sure we were happy with the final product at no additional

Cracovia repaired & stained my deck railings and stairs, including some cement work. The deck looks better than when it was new and has never felt as sturdy as it does now. Darius gave me a good estimate, kept work/change orders to a minimum, and he and Josek were very safety conscious and polite: I hardly knew they were there most of the time, despite working from home. Josek clearly knew what he was doing, no short cuts, and did a great job!

Cracovia is fantastic to work with. They are very responsive and professional. They arrived on time, did the work in the timeframe agreed upon, kept the house clean and organized during construction, and, most importantly, did terrific work. They repaired drywall on the ceiling, repaired ceiling joists, installed a light fixture, and painted. Also, they were excellent about following social distancing and masking precautions during the pandemic. I felt totally safe having them in my house. This is our second time hiring Cracovia, and I am confident that we will use them again. I can’t rate them

Darius and Jozef are professional, respectful, and an overall pleasure to work with. Cracovia Contracting came to my rescue when a DIY project became a DIW ("Did It Wrong"). Thank you, Jozef, for repairing the ceiling drywall in our two bedrooms and repainting them. The ceilings look as if they were brand new from when the house was built. I also want to mention how safe we felt having them work in our house during this public health crisis. Both Darius and Jozef followed social distancing guidelines and masking precautions.
