Ned and Crew are the best in the area. I have used them for years to help my clients with water and Mold issues. It's not always good news, but they are straight to the point and honest with real costs. During the winter of 2017, around the holidays, my dog jumped up onto the counter while I was at work and managed to not only turn the water in the kitchen, but also knocked the faucet over to the counter. By the time I returned the water had run down the counters, through the floor, and into the basement. Tahoe Mold and Water came out to my house in Incline Village late at night during the holidays to assess the damage and formulate a strategy of getting me out of this mess. I had Tahoe mold and water install a French drain a sump pump a moisture barrier and a bunch of other things just before the biggest winter to hit the Sierra Nevada in decades. If I had not taken their advice wholeheartedly I would have been facing a major remodel. The whole system worked brilliantly and I feel indebted to Tahoe mold and water. Two thumbs up.
