After my painters left, I was unable to set the alarm when leaving the house without bypassing an area. COMTRON came right out. Raul checked every sensor and found a few that weren't setting. What a shock that was. Raul was terrific. He explained everything carefully so I could understand the problems. I decided to replace the areas that weren't setting with a wireless system and leave the ones that are setting as they are. I hope Raul is the service person who installs the wireless system this week. 5* for Raul and Comtron.

AMAZING! I would give them 10 stars if possible. I bought a home in Palm Springs -- my first home being a NYC native. I have always owned condos. My insurance broker said the Insurance policy/s I wanted (top end) had many requirements b/c of the CA fires etc. (All policies in fact due in 2019 now) They wanted heat monitors, smoke detectors, leak control, sprinklers, glass break, all hooked up to "Central Command" Also, they strongly suggested cameras around the perimeter. I called 5 alarms firms (including the one that the previous owner was using) - not one firm was will to truly help me and own

Terrible monitoring service. Supposedly they are checking the system each month to ensure they are receiving signals. They hadn't rec'd signals for 6 months and were still charging me. Then when I brought it to the attention of the company something was wrong, they said it was my responsibility. Also previously when I did have an alarm, they said they dispatched the police but this was not the case. Small company, with terrible client service.
you will see they replied and tried to blame it on VOIP phone line. That is not the case. My alarm was working for 8 years just fine. i had my modem upgraded

Amazing service. We had done an addition some years ago. There were wires hidden not connected to the panel. Amer was able to get everything straightened out. He has lots of experience and knowledge on the latest technology. We were very impressed with his patience on getting the job done. The system is very user friendly. We can arm and disarm our alarm from our phone. We highly recommend him for your home and business security needs. Honest, Reliable, fair price.

I really didn't want to give them a poor rating, but I felt like they left me no choice.

This review is based on their customer service.

I needed someone to go out to a rental property to change a system battery. We no longer live in the desert and our tenant does not have a contract with any company for monitoring.

I contacted Comtron to get a quote. I clearly explained the situation to the girl who answered the phone. She asked for the property address to look it up in their system. I told her we do not have service with them. She gave me the quote of $55 for the service call and

What a wonderful company. Adrien came out and two days later Ed hooked me into them. I had used another company for 14 years. They did not care about customer service. These folks sure do. They never tried to sell me something new, and their monthly charge is fair. My wife and I could not be more happy. This is the company for single family home security. We have been customers of Comtron Systems for about 30 years. They recently upgraded my security system with the installation of cameras etc. they arrived on time did outstanding work. All new wiring was hidden. They cleaned up after themselves and helped me install the apps on my cellphone to enable me to monitor the cameras and arming and disarming of the security system. They are always available and respond rapidly to any concerns we have. Kudos to Monty and his team for a job well done. I can only say good things about them and recommend them highly.

I purchased a house 2 months ago that had two different alarm systems leftover from previous owners. They were unused, unsightly and needed to be gone before we start painting. The electrician (Todd Hill from Hill Electric) recommended Comtron as a good company to come remove the systems. Wow, was he right! I called and they scheduled the tech for two days later. The tech, Bryan, came right on time and very quickly took care of everything I asked for and more. Their charge was very reasonable.

I was very impressed by how professional everyone was. I am very pleased with their service.

Best security service hands down! I've called Comtron to install alarm systems multiple times. At home and work. The installers are always very professional and knowledgable about their craft. We purchased a home in Palm Desert earlier in the year that had some alarm equipment left behind by the previous owners. The alarm company they had employed however, was relentless! So not interested in pushy salesmen showing up at our doorstep on weekenights and weekends. We got a referral from a friend and called Comtron. Their level of customer service is unmatched - the technician who did the work was very friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job of walking me through the process.
