A family owned business that has been building and improving homes for the past 45 years in Owatonna and Southern Minnesota. Ray Kirchner started by building new homes in the 1970's. In 1985 Kirchner Siding and Window branched out into the home improvement business, specializing in exterior improvements such as seamless Seamless Steel Siding, vinyl siding, windows, doors, additions and decks.
In 2008 Dean bought the business from his parents, and starting in 2010, offered blower door testing, attic and wall insulation, and radon gas testing and mitigation systems.
