Thermador recommended this company to do warranty work for our brand new range. Their repairman bent the legs of our range while moving it. When a new repairman came out with the replacement legs he said he didn't have the proper equipment or manpower to fix the legs, and asked us to call to reschedule. He left a it range crooked and un-level. When I called to reschedule the repair I was told they no longer provide repair services for appliances not purchased directly from them. Thermador should remove them as a distributor/dealer due to their extremely poor customer service and shottu

Love the amount of knowledgeable friendly staff. Had the stainless bolts and RV antifreeze I needed. Antifreeze was on sale for half the price of a competitor up the street. Picked up some other items too. Really nice cashier talked me into an Ace rewards card that can be used in any Ace store by using your phone number. We'll stocked store.

Recently purchased a washer and dryer here. Rachel Miller was extremely helpful, went out of her way to make sure we got everything we needed for hookup, went over all details of the service plan with us, and was just overall great to work with! Definitely the kind of service that is harder and harder to find these days! All of our appliance purchases in the future will definitely be here!

I am a frequent local customer at this store. know the owners. GREAT people. I personally don't always do the so called big box stores to save a dollar or two. I'm into great customer service. Some one who can actually answer your question and is knowledgeable about the inventory. The main reason for this review. Is at checkout this evening the young lady (Aubrie) instigated the conversation buy saying, Sorry ! I should know your name by now. You come here quit often. This is really an awesome hardware store.
In terms of hardware, they seem to have just about everything.
They also have a great tool rental shop.
They also sell appliances and furniture.
I find the hardware store and their tool rental shop great resources.
The people in the store really knew their stuff.
The people in the rental shop are also great, and they have a great set of tools for your average homeowner.

IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO - I WOULD. I live a town away, I have appliance stores closer to me BUT I had always choose to give my business to them ...TILL THIS HAPPENED. (Background: I have spent thousands between appliances, air conditioners, a mower, and Weber grill, in the years I have been loyal to this company). I needed a refrigerator...go to my go to store. I am shown an "awesome frig, at a heck of a value"! It was returned- ask the salesman Why was it returned- answer, dent in the door. Anything else- answer No. The salesman, after it broke down after it was in my home for a month

This store is fantastic and they have Hardware , Paint, and Washers/ Dryers and all the things under the sun . My mission was trying to get a mallbox key at other local stores including the big box store (failure failure failure) Guess what JB Zimmerman was spot on and the locksmith was very determined to make this right . Wow he made the keys perfect . Hats off to JB Zimmerman

I did a lot of research before making my decision to purchase a stove. I was surprised to learn that pricing was very competitive with the big box stores, but with a home town feel. Our salesperson, Dave, was excellent. It was very easy to make a decision to go with JB. I encourage all to consider them!

Referred to me by the previous tenant of my home, I contacted JB Zimmerman for a repair job for my washing machine. I waited five days for a response before contacting someone else. Completely unprofessional and completely unacceptable. I understand that a small appliance repair isn't exactly on the top of their priority list, but how about a phone call? An acknowledgement? Something? Yeah, I know we individuals don't amount to anything for a big company like this, but they should really consider what kind of reputation they want to cultivate, because some of us insignificant people have
