Wow - what a terrific experience! We can't say enough good things about this company - they have beautiful landscaping trees, healthy and full, the best around! We drove 1.5 hours to buy from them and we would do it again any day. The folks at the office and the installers, particularly Horace and Javier, were pleasant, well-informed and did a super job! If we ever open a business, any business, this is the company that will do our total landscaping package. You can trust them with any job, big or small! Thank you, Smithwell - all of you!

For me personally, Smithwell could start improving by replacing warranty work (dead palm) with the correct size of palm that matches like planted and specified size palms...and the size that I paid for originally. Not a palm that is 8' to 10' shorter than the others. When I inquired about the (noticable) difference in heights of the previously planted palms to the replacement palm, Chris became belligerent, condescending and utmost unprofessional while on the phone with me. He snapped that is was the correct size that was specified and matches in height the dead one. I don't know how he knew this
