Guillermo came out to our home twice to fix our LJ washer. Both times he was punctual and professional. What impressed me the most was his honesty in whether a costly repair was warranted for our older-model washer. The repair that Guillermo was able to accomplish was done promptly and satisfactorily. I could not be more pleased with their service and honesty.

Guillermo was polite and professional. He answered my questions and shared with me the owner's policy which was, if they diagnosed the problem, ordered parts and problem not solved, customer only pays for the house call. If problem solved, house call charge applied to the invoice total. How fair is that!? Guillermo to arrive tomorrow to install new part for my oven.

MARCS is amazing. They were so professional, efficient, and figured out the problem on my Whirlpool oven quickly and fixed it as soon as the part came in. They also looked at my LG dryer and figured out the problem quickly. I will always use M.A.R.C.S!

Very disappointed that the first person came to repair my washing machine said he had no idea what the problem was, sorry. And please pay up the $98.00 service call. If he does this all day long he can make pretty good money, I'd say. They sent a second person that said it had a loose belt and it would cost more than a new one to open it up and get to the problem. So, again, sorry. When I found someone who knows how to repair appliances it makes these guy really look bad. No try, just go buy a new one. And they kept the $98.00 Have a nice day...sheesh.
