I booked Redemption for a relatively small job compared to their offering of services - they replaced my garage door. They were a referral from my partner who works in property management.
The garage door was crumpled when I bought my house in September 2020. I was never given a key for the door. Over months of usage, it also broke in two ways: the handle wouldn't release the locking mechanism when opening, and a spring broke making it incredibly heavy and potentially unsafe to open.
My home warranty sent out a company who wanted somewhere from $2000+ for a full replacement which is more

I hired Jason of Redemption Construction to replace my roof and paint my home. Within a few days after the new roof went on, major leaks caused the ceiling to collapse in a number of rooms . Jason has yet to fix all of the damage the roofer has caused. Over the course of a year, I have found three more leaks in a brand new $20,000 roof. Even the removal of roof material gouged a number of my windows. At the time of this writing, Jason has not delivered on his promises to fix what his subcontractors have damaged, a full year has elapsed since Jason started working on my home and despite his promises

Jason with Redemption construction built a cover for my back patio, replaced upper cabinets in several locations, and replaced counter tops and sinks in several bathrooms. The quality of the work was excellent, all workers were respectful and did a high quality job, and Jason was on time, on budget, and communicated frequently throughout the project. Communication allowed for changes along the way and a finished product we are extremely happy about. You get what you pay for - and in this case, Redemption Construction provided a good value as well - Thanks Jason!

Redemption was recommended by a friend who had a wonderful experience, they were quick to come out and assess what projects we had in mind. Then we were told we'd have a quote within a few days and it should be something they can get right on once we approved the quote. It's been almost three weeks now and we have not heard from anyone at redemption and they will not return our follow up emails or calls. Very unprofessional and we are not impressed at all.

We remodeled most of our house using Redemption Construction and we are SO pleased with them! Their guys were VERY respectful, cleaned up after themselves daily and worked hard to make sure we were pleased with their work. The work began on time and always on budget. The only adjustments to the budget were our continued additions to the job. They did quality work, kept me inform with what they were working on each week and even daily most of the time. If any issues came up, they made sure to make it right. I truly do miss these guys coming and going now! We plan on using Redemption Construction
