The installation and initial service was great. How ever it has been a constant problem after words. I am always having to call and try to resolve the issue. They do not return calls when there is a issue. The tell are in a rush to take your money. I have been trying to get and issue solved for the last year. I have made several calls left messages and even texted the manager and have gotten know answers. The system that they installed is under powered and under performing. All they want me to do is spend more money which is not fair. I still get power bills that I should not be getting. I even

I had an issue with my roof that required the removal of solar panels. I contacted IQ power. They did not disappoint!

IQ POWER installed my solar water heater system over 10 years ago. This system has saved me thousands of dollars in electricity cost and has more than paid for itself. Recently I needed the solar water heater serviced. I found customer-service and service manager extremely friendly, cooperative and efficient. July I was sold a solar system by IQ power ($40,000), it has now been 3 months and I have seen no savings on my bill. The salesman sold me a new hot water heater, attic fans, pool pump. I told him was was also interested in heating my pool so he sold me a heat pump and said I would need 2 extra panels to cover the heat pump.. I am now being told all the energy produced by panels is being used to heat the pool. after multiple attempts for a resolution I have been requesting a phone call from owner or supervisor.

The sales person and installers were pleasant. The issue is our faulty system and the company not standing behind their product. The system was installed in late November and turned on a few weeks later. Within a day I noticed a panel not producing. I called and they sent a tech a few days later. He stated there was a faulty temperature sensor and they would replace the panel. One month later nobody has called I have had to call the company three times looking for updates. I don’t often leave reviews for companies while I am just ‘shopping around’, but I had to share my excellent experience with IQ Power. I have been into the office and It’s amazing how smoothly the company operates. It is especially refreshing considering solar is an investment and can be stressful. A big shout out to the service manager Amorie for being so awesome and informative. I can tell she is passionate about her job! I would highly recommend IQ Power as a verified solar contractor!

Couldn’t be happier with IQ Power Solar!
After meeting with 4 different companies back in January that were all recommending between 30-38 panels, IQ Power came up with a plan that not only made my home more efficient but also saved me over $10,000 on the initial investment. My system was installed in late March and has been operating since the first week of April (after new meter installed) and my $220 bill was only $19! In the heat of summer! We have been averaging between $18-$25 so far these first few months. I can’t wait to see my winter bills!

I purchased a hot water system from IQ power, with the understanding that it has a life time warranty.To find out if the tank leaks they say its normal ware and tare due to the quality of water in Florida . If that is the case why did they specify say the tank was under warranty. They did not honor warranties, maybe due to new ownership. I should had figured out they didn't want to honor the warranty when I had to send them all my contract information and warranty information because they said they didn't have it, Be very aware if you are going to put out a bunch of money thinking thats

One star only b/c of courteous techs and dispatcher. Our pool solar system was more than 15 years old and required a replacement in early March. No choices were given, and neither was thorough orientation for this totally automated computerized (supposedly $$ saving??) system. Besides being user UNfriendly to operate, it apparently is not powerful enough to utilize our one season old vacuum. A single tech came a while back and it seemed to work for awhile. And now suddenly it is overheating and the pool is a sickening deep, deep green as the pump stopped functioning completely and neither chemicals
