Review update:
So now that all is left is carpet cleaning I do want to update my review. Cabinets were built beautifully same with the counter amazing quality and great install. The plumber had good communication and did a quick awesome job too.
Top of the line craftsmanship is why I’m updating my review.
Just got off the phone with the contractor after reporting my issues by contacting the number listed here. had a pipe burst. After it’s repair our insurance company USAA suggested this company. 9 weeks later we had our cabinets installed. Carpets still haven’t been cleaned. Our insurance

Padgett’s was a great company who has went above and beyond the call of duty with what could have been a horrible situation! Our house flooded while on vacation and they came in and did the first initial cleanup and we ended up using them for the restoration! Debbie is awesome with helping with all our needs! They took really good care of us! Even helped with our animals! We had to leave for a long time out of state while they worked on our house and had to leave our cats and dog. My daughter could only make it there once a week but Julie would look in on our kitties and dog and treat them as

Padgett’s came out quick and helped us when our bathroom was flooding because our sewer was backed up. They showed up quick and got to work quick. They made sure all our questions were answered and that we were satisfied with the work. They really saved the day for us.

Padgetts started off great. They showed up once the flood happened. After that it has been like pulling teeth getting timelines or any work done. I have voiced my concerns about lack of communication with numerous reps and yet here we are with work still not even started yet. I was told I would be contacted last Monday so we can finally start repairs which was great to hear.
Then I received no call and no one showed up. I also called the contractor and left him a voice mail with my concerns. I still have yet to be contacted. This process has been going on for months and repairs have not even been

On June 16 our church sanctuary wing in Yucca Valley completely flooded (pastor’s study, 2 anterooms, sanctuary -112 person capacity- foyer, mother’s room and 2 bathrooms). In areas of the sanctuary itself there was an inch plus of standing water.
I called a businessman friend in Redlands and he recommended Padgett’s Fire and Flood Restoration. I called and talked to Wyatt Padgett who came up immediately to assess and evaluate, talked to our insurance to get things moving, and had a company to do hazmat testing on site that day so that we could be ready to remove drywall and insulation.

Padgett’s is a awesome restoration service. We had a flood in our garage from our hot water heater. We didn’t know who to call so we called our insurance Co and they called Padgett’s for emergency restoration service. Although our insurance co wouldn’t cover it because of the mold so we panicked, the Padgett’s Restoration Service was sympathetic, great, professional and gave us advice and helped us out a lot. So yes I would highly recommend them.

My experience was amazing from the emergency trip to the completed repair/remodel. They were always there to assist with everything including the insurance adjuster, furniture, even helping to choose the paint and flooring colors. They hold your hand through this stressful time. The entire team was so helpful and professional. Debbie Cowan and team handle moving everything and with the personal property report including detailed pictures. John Motts guided the claim with the inspector and claim adjuster and also selected the colors that worked perfectly in my house. MIke Delcid ran to construction
