Rory came by and did a great job explaining everything he would be done, the tools he would be using, and for what reason. I had been experience smells from my fireplace since I moved into my house and he was quickly able to identify the reasons and fix them.
He also did an inspection inside and out + give me referrals to business he works with that would be able to perform the jobs I was needing.
Overall great experience, very friendly guy with a lot of knowledge.

Rory is an all around great guy. From singing "Chim Chim Cheree" to my mom, wife and daughter when he got there, to teaching he about my chimney, I can't say enough good things about him. He didn't push anything extra in me. Suggested repairs, and even explained HOW to do them, so I could do it on my own as opposed to him coming out to do it for much more money. Respectful of our house when sweeping the chimney. Reasonable cost (I believe it was $169 for the sweep). I recommend Rory for your sweeping needs.

We are new fireplace owners and decided it was time to get our fireplace professionally cleaned. I contacted Chim Chim Chree because of their great reviews and honestly they were the best priced option from the 6 different companies I had contacted. Rory arrived ontime and in a great mood at 7 am. He was very nice and could tell my husband and I were new at this. He gave us several suggestions right away of things we could change to get a better fire. He also offered to replace our mesh since he had the supplies with him. This would have been an additional charge but since they were such a nice

Rory with Chim Chim Cheree is an absolute life saver. Bottom line is I would recommend him to my friends and family without question as he did quality work at a fair price.
I had a back and forth with an HVAC company about my furnace issues, so by the time the blocked vent pipe issue was properly diagnosed the cold weather arrived for the season. Multiple other sweep companies said they were booked through January and quoted extremely high emergency rates just to come to my house that same week, not including the charge to clean out my furnace vent pipe.
