I ordered carpet and was told it would take 2 weeks to arrive. It actually took 3 weeks. After 4 weeks no one called me and the carpet actually was sitting in their warehouse! If I didn’t call who knows how long I would have waited. Not one person in that store apologized for the lack of customer service. I would never buy anything from this store ever again.
