The tech they sent out was great. Very informative of the problem(s) with out water heater. One could say they got us out of hot water by getting us into hot water...mha!

My landlord (luckily my dad) has been here all day. First said 10am.....he waited for them till 1. Then they called at 230 said they were on their way so he came back...... its now 310 folks. Very unprofessional.

Service was great until we ran into a problem. Upon digging ,concrete was not properly removed from work area and a large chunk fell on underground conduit leading to a detached garage. This arched wires together and fried my overhead garage door when my girlfriend called steve she was hung up on so i instantly called back all steve said is he will replace conduit but he will not cover the overhead door ($800) plus labor or food we lost in our deep freeze 4 days no power our bid was $3,000 to $5,000 for this job and ended up being $5,900 will not take responsibility for their actions if they cause

Had an emergency in our new house. Another company said, "Let me see if anyone can get to you today." Wrong answer. Preferred got someone out within 15 minutes and had everything fixed within 90 minutes. Great work. I won't bother calling anyone else next time.

Hired them to replace a bad elbow in main sewer line. They told me it would run between $900-$1400. They came out did the job they were hired to do. Never once communicated to me during the job that there was any issues or problems. Three days later I got a bill in the mail for $3368.13
