This guy Richard is a real piece of work. Just had the duct "cleaning" an hour ago and the guy was here for about 5-10 min. For $155 dollars that comes out to about $1000/hr. The day before Richard promised all this other stuff to my wife, when we call later to ask about why none of that happened he conveniently forgets the entire conversation and gives us major attitude. Not sure if he is interested in repeat business but this is our second and last time. Oh, and the FB page for the HOA we used to belong to is going to get a similar post.

I had a great experience with Action Duct cleaning. Even though I had made a mistake in counting my ducts, Edgar was kind and patient in finding all of them, explaining which ones were or were not connected, and taking the extra time to clean all the ones that were. He even took pictures of the one duct that seemed to have been abandoned mid way! I am very grateful for their service and Edgar's professionalism!

Big shout out to this company Action Duct. I have a rental condo in Long Beach as well as I sit on our board. As an HOA we chose Action Duct to service all of the units here. I met Daved when he arrived (on time) and I discussed with him that a couple of our owners would be coming back a short time later and if he could get to them towards the end of his time here. Right off the bat he was willing to get to them last ad to be sure they weren't missed and rescheduled. (Awesome attitude to have)

My wife said the dryer wasn't drying very well. We've had this problem before and I bought these flexible rods that have a brush on one end and attach to my drill on the other. You run the "snake" through the duct and it cleans out the lint that's blocking it. I did that.
Then NO AIR air came out of the duct.
I couldn't figure out what was wrong.
I called Waadt Appliance in Van Nuys. Waadt is family owned and absolutely the best place to buy appliances. They said Action Duct is the bomb.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Twice, this company has been scheduled to clean the dryer ducts in our townhouse complex and TWICE they were a no show. The 1st time, they put notices on our doors the afternoon of the day they were supposed to show saying "due to unforeseen circumstances, we need to reschedule". The 2nd time (today), there was no communication. They just didn't show. My townhouse was scheduled between 12-4, so of course I waited ALL DAY. So irritated!!!

I am an apartment manager in the heart of Studio City. I am here to tell you. Action Duct Cleaning does amazing work! There was a mishap with scheduling but was taken care of quickly. Andrew (Andy) was amazing! He was willing to redo his schedule to accommodate mine! He was courteous, friendly, and worked tirelessly. This is the 2nd time we used Action Duct Cleaning Co. and we couldn't be happier and satisfied. Adam, the person who did the cleaning, called me to let me know he is on his way to my condo. He's very professional and explained to me how he was going to clean the dryer vent ducts. Our dryer vent ducts were a challenge because they were long and they were tucked inside a 12 foot ceiling. Adam was very patient and meticulous. He cleaned the area right away before moving to another task. He took photos of the inside of the vent ducts to show how clean they were. Very irresponsible. Our dryer vent was damaged and caused a serious bird mite infestation and all they do is denying the connection.
Our HOA scheduled dryer vent cleaning service with Action Duct Cleaning. A few weeks after the service, bird mites started showing up in our unit. After a quick investigation, it was due to damaged dryer vent, and birds came inside the vent, died there and brought in at least thousands of bird mites into our unit. It was horrible and we have to call exterminators and our handyman to fix it asap. And when we reach out to Action Duct Cleaning, they just kept denying

After first no show to dryer duct cleaning for my tenant, Alex the service manager promised first appointment of next scheduled day. Again no show. Talked to Alex today and he gave all kind of excuses which did not justify why the technician did not go. Alex even blamed that my tenant did not call the 24 hour emergency phone number to contact the technician. I told him that my tenant already wasted 2 days to wait for the technician. Alex replied that nobody asked my tenant to wait for a whole day when the scheduled appointment was a 2 hour window. Terrible attitude! Finally complained to VP

Terrible customer service! They scheduled a time to come for a service and never showed up! When I reached out to Mayra (the person that scheduled it) she never even responded. No explanation, no apology, nothing! Not to mention that this was the second time this had happened. Our original appt was cancelled due to weather. They rescheduled for my complex, and failed to notify me. I had to follow up and request the new date, and that's when they no showed. Awful....

I had an dryer duct cleaning for a condo and Claudio went above and beyond in his service. The vent was bent and curved several times in the ceiling and Claudio tried to clean it from both sides and cleaned it thoroughly. He went out of his way to make sure it made as little mess as possible and showed me how much lint and dust was in the vents. I'll definitely be calling them again. Highly recommended.

This company came out to clean our multiple unit/building complex. They decided to start with our building/unit, I politely asked if it was possible for them to start with a different unit and make us second or third. They were scheduled to be there for 4 hours and this was just the start. All the units are next to each other. They had not started any work yet, there was no equipment setup, there was no one on the roof yet, but they said no.

Claudio from Action duct came to clean our A/C ducts just over 3 years ago. He did a great job. Because my wife has severe allergies, particularly to dust, we decided to have the ducts cleaned again, albeit it is on the short time frame of recommended maintenance
Claudio arrived early and once again was terrific in all aspects of the job. He is efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable. The job is labor intensive and generates a lot of noise. He covered the apartment before beginning and cleaned up thoroughly. All in all, great job!

Just moved into a house previously occupied by an elderly couple for many years. The first time I turned on the air conditioning I could tell that the vents were in dire need of cleaning.
My contractor recommended Action Duct and they were willing to come out on a Sunday! Andy showed up and immediately went into 'action' inspecting and cleaning the vents. He covered the floors with tarps and then rolled in a humungous commercial vacuum and made his way up into the attic. 2 1/2 hrs. later, the job was done.
I could immediately tell that all was well. The air coming out now smells
