Had a water leak with flooded bedroom carpet. Plumbers fixed the leak, and then called Floodserv who came the same day. Friendly, efficient crew who worked hard. They really helped relieve the stress involved with our leakage event.

We had an ice maker malfunction and flood a portion of our lake house. Floodserv responded immediately and had a team on site within an hour or so, and this house is a good thirty minutes from McAlester. They had the water cleaned up baseboard out, holes drilled in the drywall, fans and dehumidifiers running within two hours of arrival. I'm sure their quick and efficient action minimized the damage saving us inconvenience and repair expense. The team was considerate, reassuring, knowledgeable, efficient and all together a pleasure to work with. These folks are great at controlling and cleaning

We used Floodserv company earlier this year for water damage cleanup, so when it came time to have carpets cleaned after the remodel and repair completion, we went with the company we knew and trusted.
