One of our shower drains just started draining very slowly. I called Drainmasters (Chris). He had someone here in a couple hours - on time and fixed the problem. Absolutely great service and very, very reasonable fee. I think I have found my “go to” plumber in Santa Barbara.

We recently hired Drain Masters to replace part of our piping. Chris and his crew were on-time, professional, courteous, and meticulous. They were great at communicating and truly went above and beyond. They even scheduled loud work around my toddler’s nap without even being asked. I will absolutely use them again and highly recommend them for any plumbing issue or project!

Drain Masters is 100% the way to go. Although I badly want to write about how bad my experience was with one of the supposed more known franchise plumbing company's in town, I won't. I'll just say that I was very lucky to connect with Paul from Drain Masters who was on time and ready to go. Paul got my sink back up and running in literally 10 minutes and I literally paid about 1/5 from the exaggerated job the other company said I needed. Thank you Drain Masters for being very fair, professional, and helpful.

I've been counting on Drain Masters to solve my house's plumbing problem since 2015. They've always been professional and effective. Unfortunately, yours truly can get a bit lazy sometimes, and I've neglected to give them a rightfully-deserved review until now.
My kitchen drain was clogged over new year while I was away traveling, so my roommate called in another outfit. They were not able to fix it after several days of work. Once I came back, I called up Drain Masters, and they were able to clear everything the next day. Highly recommended.

I was dreading the thought of having to schedule a plumber for a Monday-morning toilet disaster, so went straight to Yelp, Plumbing, Goleta, and found first listing, Drainmasters. Read through the reviews and with those votes of confidence gave them a call.
Deanna was helpful in getting service as quick as possible, and sure enough service guy Paul showed up within a couple hours. He explained all the possible plumbing scenarios, and attacked the problem.

Just got the City of Santa Barbara's letter about a problem with our lateral sewer pipe;
needed a video & report written to submit to the City. Paul Dohm of Drain Masters came and did a great job-he video'd the sewer line, explained everything and offered his help in the future if we had any questions. He will submit his report and the video to the City for us. He was well informed, skilled, and we could not have asked for more. Drain Masters does all kinds of plumbing repairs, not just sewers.

Drain Maters is literally a life saver. We had a back up in our lines (roots growing) and called a competitor. After a extremely high quote to completely replace our front clay pipe, we had Drain Masters give us a second look. Not only did they come out quickly, but they ran a camera and determined there really wasn't an issue that required a complete overhaul after all. All that was necessary is regular maintenance and cleaning of the roots. Paul was honest, helpful and patient with all our questions. We couldn't recommend him and his company enough!

After having hot and cold experiences with another drain clearing company in town, I needed to find someone that didn't leave an inch of water on my floor clearing a slow bathtub drain. After reading Drain Masters positive reviews here, I decided to give them a try. I'm really glad I did! Their front office is friendly and helpful, and Paul was here the same day, on the dot of the time scheduled. He was super efficient, smart, and got my kitchen drain sorted using a few logical steps - it was not a simple stuck lemon rind. After he finished making the drain run like this 60 year old house

After two plumbers were unable to snake my sewer line successfully, with one quoting a $13,800.00 repair job, I called Drain Masters. They cleared the clog and with a camera confirmed that more extensive work was not necessary. Drain Masters not only saved me a lot of money, but made me realize how easy it is to be scammed by unscrupulous plumbers. Very appreciative of their integrity and will remain a loyal customer.

We heard gurgle noises in the toilets and the showers backed up a little bit. Goleta Sanitary District told us that our sewer pipe was at least half-full of tree roots. Asked around the neighborhood and Drain Masters was recommended to me. Paul came out the next morning (on time) just to give an estimate. Instead of just giving the estimate, on the same day in the pouring rain (Feb. 10) they brought a crew in to do the whole job which included digging a hole 3 feet deep to install a two-way clearout. The nicest thing is they had a tent - umbrella device that was huge and protected their worker

I hired Drain Masters to snake my kitchen sink which was backed up. They couldn't give me an estimate to snake the sink over the phone (which I've gotten from other people), but they were referred, so ok.
When Sean got here he worked on snaking the drain for an hour, and wasn't able to clear the line, which, ok, i guess can happen. Then he told me he was going to call for another truck, but that would be more money. So I asked him to stop. Be advised that if you ask them to stop snaking your drain, they won't clean up after themselves either. He left my kitchen looking
