They were hired by the builder to fix nail pops and cracks and all they did was paint over or a little mud, not actually fix the nail pops or cracks. Not even a day later the nail pops are still visible and cracks are showing again. Not professional way to do things. In some places they used to much mud and now there are ripples in the wall/ceiling as they wanted to finish the 2 day job in 1 day which is now evident that they rushed and didn't do a quality job. The worst part is when the paint is still wet it's hard to see these flaws until the next day. Have some pride and do quality

Unfortunately Lennar uses their service and I'm guessing because they are cheap which shows in their workmanship. They are very sloppy, do not respect your home. They were scheduled to be in our home for one day and they sent two guys to do the job. One guy Santos disappeared for over and hour leaving the other guy working all alone. At the end of the day the job wasn't done and they said they were only contracted for one day so they would not be back the next day to complete the job. It took over a month to get Lennar to come out and see the unfinished work and get another crew to come finish

Wayne drywall destroyed my home. They did the worst drywall, painting and staining work I have ever seen. They also stomped a mud path across my newly sodded lawn that hadn’t been down for 24 hours. They have no respect for your home or you. They should be fired by any builder who is using them.
Not one of their workers speaks English, and they will constantly curse and mock you in Spanish. None of them are skilled either. I’ve seen better work from fly by night con men.
Wayne drywall is absolute garbage.

Unfortunately Ryan Homes uses Wayne Drywall as their contractor for any repairs that are covered by the warranty. I have had 4 separate drywall issues that this company responded to and there has never been a single time that they have appropriately fixed my problem. In fact, they usually leave the drywall and paint looking worse than when they started working on it. Every single time they have worked on my house it takes them numerous visits to get the job done somewhat right. I've had issues with the paint not matching, the wall being lumpy, and times that they just flat out didn't finish the
