I called late on Friday afternoon, he was out to my house in half an hour, was done in just about the same amount of time, and charged a very reasonable and low fee. I'll be calling him back for any future locksmithing work I need.

When I initially called to find out about pricing and the effort involved in replacing a few locks, Jim was very clear about the cost and the time it would take to complete the job. He was very flexible with his schedule so that made it even easier to work with him. When he showed up on the day, he completed the job in the exact time he estimated and didn't charge me anymore than he initially quoted. The quality of his work is great and I would highly recommend him if you ever need a locksmith.

Jim was so helpful! I locked myself out this afternoon and figured my whole evening would be shot. Jim arrive very quickly, was able to quickly unlock my door, and the price was exactly what he had said it would be over the phone. When he realized that my inside knob had damage (because it was old, not because of anything he did) he replaced it for me before leaving.
