We have used Central Washington Water for servicing our Hot Springs tub for several years. About a year ago it became time to replace it (after 30 years!). Because of the time of year, recent snow, and our location, we were concerned that they wouldn't be able to remove the old tub and bring in the new Hot Springs tub. We needn't have worried. It was all done in a matter of a few hours! We heartily recommend CWW!

This business is outstanding. The owner Lee and his technician Charlie were extremely knowledgeable and fixed my broken hot tub in a short amount of time. Additionally, the cost was far less than I thought it would be.

This is what Customer Service should be everywhere. Being fairly new to the area, I had driven past this company many times but had no idea what they did. While looking for a hot tub, these folks were hands down the most responsive, professional, and literally "down to earth". Always willing to discuss issues and address questions, reasonable in cost, and overall one of the most fulfilling retail experiences I've ever had. Great team and great approach to business. I really love my new Hot Springs Prodigy Hot Tub. I have a 20 Year old prodigy that still runs great and decided to get a new salt water version from CWW. Lee and his team were so helpful getting my tub up and running. The sales, delivery, and coordination with the electricians was so professional.
