I can not praise Affordable Mold Removal enough! They quickly gave us a quote for our crawl space and finished the project in a timely manner. Gio and his team were excellent! We had mold in our crawl space and water drainage issues that were causing health problems. He was very professional and friendly. He was knowledgable and quickly came up with a plan. They worked efficiently to remove/remediate the mold issue, fix the drainage problem and even helped with other problems that were uncovered in the process. The change in the air quality inside the house was immediately felt. The mold smell is gone. The crawl space is dry. I believe it is helping us sleep better too. GPS Affordable Mold Removal Is a great service to the community. They do what they say and more. My home had a mold problem that required extensive work in the crawl space and garage, as well as some attic work. While in the crawl space, they found the gas pipe was old, rusty and leaking. They immediately shut off the gas, called the gas company and a heating / cooling specialist to look at the pipe. The management, staff, and crew were very professional taken care of our basement sewage crisis. We called on a Thursday, and they scheduled us that following Tuesday ( they didn't make us wait in this pandemic). They stayed with the project until we are satisfied. They took time to listen, and the crew come ready! They made sure they didn't do any further damage moving personal things around to get to the problem. Task well done!
