Rugs As Art

Terrible service! Asked for a plain white carpet that they have in stock. Ordered it on November 7th. The sales girl has it on stock, the contractor has the measurements since a week before Christmas. The sales girl has yet to contact the contractor by text to schedule an installation. She never returns calls , misquoted the price, and doesn’t try to correct the mistakes by helping you. Must admit I expected better from this place. During all the supply issues in this country you have to have patience but issue is with the service not the supply. Maybe I just have a bad salesperson but really

The rugs are beautiful and although I absolutely hate shopping for carpets/rugs, Leslie Mazer was helpful without being overbearing and she was knowledgeable about all that the store had to offer. She certainly took the "pain" out of shopping for me!

We worked with Hillary to design a custom rug with a musical theme. It came out beautiful! Time was a little delayed but that was COVID’s fault not Rugs as Art. We love it and plan on doing more custom designs with them

Awful customer service. I was there for about an hour and my salesperson was called away several times to help new customers that had arrived at the store. It made it quite difficult to shop. He wrote down wrong sizes on my order. I called a week or so later to cancel the delivery "upon approval" and explained to salesperson that my in store experience wasn't that great and I felt pressured into the delivery. He was very rude and said that they were busy the day I was there.
A week or so after I got a message from delivery department. I called to advise I'd already cancelled

My husband put up with my craziness as I searched hi and low for the perfect area rug. We live in Hillsborough County but we looked in Hillsborough, Pasco and Sarasota Counties for the perfect area rug! In my opinion no place was to far to drive and look, and we looked everywhere!!

I brought I a rug I had purchased from Rugs as Art about 10 years ago in for cleaning and was extremely pleased with the service and the price charged. I had received a quote from another rug cleaning business which was much higher than I was charged at Rugs as Art. Additionally I had had the rug cleaned by another company a few years ago and their price was much higher as well. I would most definitely recommend Rugs as Art for their cleaning service!

Can't say enough about this business - the staff know their product/inventory, have great design capabilities, you're able to take rugs home to actually see them in the space and the list goes on.... Huge inventory and if you don't see what you want they can custom cut or design. Loads of home accessories available as well. Have worked with them on and off for over 5 years. Love this place!

My husband and I recently bought a new to us boat. We are living aboard and living our dream. The old indoor/outdoor carpet on the aft sun deck and around the helm station was torn and tattered. It needed to go! We used the patterns in place, bought some pretty carpet, cut it out ourselves and then took it to Rugs as Art to have them bind it for us. I couldn't be happier with the results. After looking around at quotes, and dealing with a few very flaky people, Rugs as Art and their refinishing team were spot on. I took an 8 ft. wool runner to be cleaned. The rug was purchased elsewhere. They were very courteous, explained the rug wash process to me and charged me a reasonable fee. Told me it would be ready in 2 weeks. I picked it up today as scheduled and it looks fantastic! I highly recommend this service. Great prompt and professional service, fair price.

Amazing inventory - Very busy place yet still very good with customer service! Very satisfied with the whole experience especially the quality and variety of their products. Will definitely be a repeat customer until I run out of floor space!
