Worst Company ever, ordered a dumpster for Tuesday morning delivery, never showed up, called that afternoon and they said they would call me back in 5 minutes, never called back and didn't answer the phone the rest of the day. Did this three days in a row and finally canceled the dumpster, and then they had the gall to charge my card after I cancelled. Don't use them!

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I pre paid for a dumpster and the never showed up twice! Once they have your money, they barely answer the phone. When I finally got in touch with Dwayne, he told me there's nothing he can do and hung up in my face. I had 5 people working for me on both dates and had to pay them for there time. This unproffessional error has cost me over $5000.00. I wouldnt reccommend this company to my worst enemy. The best I have for you is RUN.

DO NOT USE THEM! They dropped off Thursday and were suppose to pick up on Friday... then they didn't show. They were parked in our drive way and we couldn't get our car out. We tried calling and texting and no answer. We finally got a hold of him via text and he kept saying he was coming. Finally Sunday after numerous calls, he answered and basically said he would come when he could and it wasn't his problem. He finally came on Monday. Seems like almost everyone had the same problem. This guy just doesn't care.

Avoid using this company if you can. They are terrible at communicating, they no call no showed the drop off and pick up of our dumpster multiple times. We had a paid by the hour crew waiting around for 3 hours. When I called to complain about the lack of customer service the OWNER argued every last detail. He's very egoistical and arrogant. The savings we received by using this company wasn't worth the hassle.

I should have canceled it then but they said the driver was in an accident on his way to our house -they didn't tell me that till 2days later- but I forgave it and said we'd still use their company cause stuff happens right!?!?! Pirate Dumpsters is THE WORST. I wish I had read all these negative reviews prior to using them. STAY AWAY at all costs. They have cheap prices, but you'll get what you pay for -zero service and zero satisfaction.
I ordered a few low boys for a project, they arrived 1 day late, delaying my project.
I also ordered a 40 cubic yard dumpster, and after filling it, they took over 3 weeks to eventually pick it up.
Look at the consistent reviews. You've been warned...

I was helping my in-laws move out of their home so I made an appointment for dumpster drop off and was told it would be arriving the next day between 8am-12noon. When it didn't arrive by noon I called to ask where it was and was told it would be dropped off within the hour. Two hours later still no dumpster. Called again and was told they would be dropping off by 4pm. Called at 4pm and was told they were DOWN THE STREET. Dumpster parked in my driveway almost 2wks. We called to pick up 2wks ago. They kept on saying they are on the way now. What the f*ck. We were doing a backyard remodeling and stupid dumpster blocking the entrance so we had to pause working for 2wks by now!! We are losing so much money and would like to get a help from a legal office now
I'm going to call the city to tow it away.
I have all the evidence(that you are on the way now, more than 7 times) that they are joking me around.
And they charge us 3 times and wont give the money back so I had to talk to the bank for dispute

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. I should of known better by the way they don't answer the phone. They completely waisted my time and charged my credit card as well. I kept trying to reach them after they failed to deliver my dumpster. All I got was their recording saying their mailbox is full and they aren't accepting any messages. They never resolved my problem and I had to contact another company for rental. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PIRATES!!!!!!!

If I could leave negative stars I would, extremely unprofessional. They do not keep any type of schedule or show up when they are meant to. They are beyond rude and unreliable. I think they might be running some type of scam. I wouldn't use their services, I tried not to by cancelling the order over 24 hours in advance but they still dropped it off 3 days later than I had I originally ordered it for and the drama started. Long story short they were rude, almost lost their dumpster, and lost out on the $500 cash I paid the boys who came to clean up the mess they made. :)

We had them pick it up and trade it out for a 2nd dumpster and scheduled paid help to load it accordingly. Dumpster showed up 90 minutes late despite several phone calls. We paid two people to sit and wait until it arrived. Calls to the office went to voice mail, no call back.

This the worst company I have EVER dealt with. First, they sent the wrong size dumpster a day late. We had requested a pickup date for Tuesday morning. It was a property in California that we were selling and needed to have everything including the dumpster off the property by a certain date & time. We live on the East Coast, so we just assumed that the dumpster was picked up on time.
4 days later, the neighbor had noticed that the dumpster was still there & called me to let me know. We called the dumpster company repeatedly and never called us back. They had to ask hs multiple times

Like all the other people I ordered a dumpster from them. The first time the drop off was a day late and the pickup was two days late. Kind of an annoyance but luckily their tardiness didn't cost me any money.
The second time I ordered a dumpster, the dumpster wasn't the volume that was promised and it was a day late again. I tried to explain this to the person on the phone but apparently discussions about what volume is were too advanced for him.
Anyways I threw a bunch of stuff away. Their pickup was almost a week late. Yeah. One week.
Then I get an extra charge UNAUTHORIZED

We had a dumpster scheduled for 8am on a one hour standby we had to get rid of debris from a demo. We needed the dumpster gone for a party we had planned later that day, I asked the driver if he could wait ,it would only take about 30 minutes to load the bags of debris , he said he would be back in an hour and never returned leaving the dumpster in my driveway and ruining my party, I'll never recommend this company to anyone, horrible communication, they don't answer the phone, I'm done with pirate dumpsters
