Services
If for any reason you are not satisfied with a Catchmaster product you purchased from one of our authorized sellers, you may request a refund or replacement product. Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Catchmaster 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers.
Ed Dolshun is the Catchmaster brand's Vice President of Business Development and Technical Director and an expert in trapping tips. In his role, Ed is responsible for both the development of new products as well as validation for existing products. However, Ed's most important unofficial title is "CTO", or Chief Trapping Officer.
Mice and rats are quite comfortable living among us. They are attracted to the shelter that our homes provide to them while our eating areas serve as their food source and leaky pipes and other water sources fulfill their need for moisture. Mice and rats will typically enter a home when the weather turns colder and they seek out shelter from the elements.
The house fly is most common type of fly you will find around your home. The house fly is about a quarter of an inch long and dark in color. They often enter through open doors and windows and can be frustrating to catch once inside. Not only are flies a nuisance to have around your home they are also able to spread disease.

They open at 7:30 , no overnight parking, pictures pretty accurate on Google just make sure that once you turn onto I believe 5th st follow the truck route, you will see a sign that shows the truck route if you don't you probably could make it but it will be NYC tight, just follow the truck route it will take you behind and around the building, once you reached the over head make that immediate right, right as soon as you make that right you will see the loading docks in front of you, don't go past that overhead it will be tight and difficult to get out and around take it from me I USED TO DRIVE

Very poor customer service even when trying to simply get information. They sell LIVE traps that have huge gaps in the enterance way so a mouse can walk right out of them. Very poor product that doesn't work and they don't answer their phone!!!
