We were amazed at the service we got with this moving company! We have hired movers multiple times and this was by far the best experience we had. Booking was smooth even though we had multiple addresses we needed moves for. We got two storage units & a one bedroom apartment all moved into our new house all in the same day! It was awesome and the movers were absolutely fantastic!!

The movers were nice and granted it was a large job to move a 4bd 4bath plus a storage unit full of boxes but it was the worst moving experience i have ever had in my life. Maybe if there was more then 3 guys and a bigger truck it could have been done within a decent time frame (they had to make two runs to move everything) but it was a complete mess.
It started at 10 am and the job wasn't complete until after midnight. Beds were broken down quickly which was nice but as for being put back together properly that didn't happen. Three weeks later Im still putting items where they belong

Spoke with Emily and was easy to book an appointment. Had three movers - Nick, Blake, and Luis. These guys were professional, friendly, super fast and detailed making sure nothing gets damaged. Nick and his team did a great job and made sure we were satisfied with everything. With the unloading they were very careful with the walls and covered all the flooring so nothing got damaged in the new house. Highly recommend this company for your move. Would definitely use them again in the future.

After connecting with the company about my review they did follow up and ask if there was anything they could do to help offset the experience I had. They explained that the experience I had was not how they usually do business which I appreciated. They were able to provide me with a 10% refund which was exceptionally nice of them and I appreciate their support.

They arrived late (after the full hour window provided), did not mask during covid despite direct requests to do so while in our home, additionally they broke a large mirror attached to a dresser/vanity, did not inform us, attempted to repair it, caused further damage making it dangerous and unstable, and while they admitted what they did they did so after the fact.
To handle this the main office refused our calls, and turned their email address into a blackhole... we paid in cash before discovering the depth and scope of the damage to our items and the office is refusing to process a refund.

I hired these guys to move my office which is less than 1300 sq feet. It had 3 desks, 20 boxes of file folders, 2 Tv's, 4 bookcases (not taken apart) and various other boxed up items. After sending the manager several photos of the space I was quoted 3-4 hours. Lets just say that they were very nice guys, all from Brazil but they moved SLOW. I mean sloth SLOW. There was no hiding that they were by the hour and man did they milk it. They even stopped to "get a bite to eat" for 30 minutes. Both of the gentlemen I spoke to were incredibly rude and disrespectful from the very beginning of my interaction with them. I ended up going with another company and for a few more dollars I got excellent customer service.

6/28/19: Mario and Gustavo were amazing! They showed up on time, carefully moved our 3-bedroom house, packed up 10x20 storage unit and had a great attitude the entire time. Both were courteous, professional and a pleasure to work with. I absolutely recommend New House Movers to anyone in a need of a professional, efficient moving service. 5 Stars all around.
8/26/20 Update: we hired NHM again to load up our storage unit and home to transfer it all into a U-Pack trailer for an interstate move. Henrique, Joãb, and Gustavo were amazing. Simply the best crew you could ask for. I highly recommend
