We used maid ok close to a year I believe. Alma was wonderful after she relocated everyone else was terrible. I literally had Candace banned from my house because she did such a bad job multiple times like I knew when she was the one there. Without going into a lot of details basically they half assed. They would clock out 20 minutes after they… left. So you would be paying for man hours that weren’t happening, I only knew this because they send you a text automatically and I started noticing a pattern when certain ones would clean how much later they would clock out. SCAM ALERT! JUST CHECK ONLINE BIRD EYE AND YELP, THESE SCAMMERS HAVE BEEN AROUND FOR A WHILE DOING THIS!!! Yesterday they sent Ashlyn Gammage and Rihana to clean my house. They arrived 1 hr and 10 min late so crossed paths with our plumber who was installing faucets and turned off the water for about 40 min. Instead of optimizing their time… sweeping, vacuuming, dusting and spraying bathrooms with mild dew cleaner while the water was on again, they just deliberately wasted time on the phone and chatting with each other. Update **** Today we had another set of ladies come out and they were amazing! It’s so nice to relax after working all week and have everything done! Would absolutely recommend them again!
We had 3 people come to do a deep clean on our house today. When I returned home and started looking at their work I noticed several things that needed to be… done/fixed. I called the office and explained what was going on and sent them pictures. My concerns were met with compassion, apologies, and solutions. I appreciate their willingness to fix this issue!

Customer Service I was scheduled for a deep clean. They were two hours late. Then they weren’t going to be able to finish the deep clean, in the time allotted. I had specifically ask that they concentrate on the bath rooms. When I came home one bathroom still had mildew in the shower. They said it had been soaked in beach for 2 hours.
