We had our pool put in by the father of the current owner. We were more than happy. The son installed a new liner. We called about a wrinkle shortly after installation, were basically told tuff luck. We fixed it our self. When we closed this year and lowered the water we noticed that our new liner faded more in 2 seasons than our other liner did in fifteen years. If you are smart you will find another dealer. The son is not the father. We suspect that the new liner we purchased was a second. The pattern is off in several different spots. Very unhappy.

We have spent over $1,000 here and the first time we called with an issue with the filter or pump they tried to say they didn't have any record that we bought it there! Then after Hassle and I went in then all the sudden they found it. Every time I have called with an issue the girls don't know anything about what I'm talking about so they're supposed to get someone to call me back... and never return my calls! We bought our filter and pump and our skimmer and other things there and for some reason they just don't seem to care about their customers. At least for me. We had a filter we bought from

I agree with previous reviews about the staff. If you are lucky you will get the only lady in there that is nice and knows what she is doing. If I had another place to buy the chemicals that was closer I would! The last time we were in there the girl was RUDE and when we asked for a bag to put our bunch of chemicals in she snapped at us and acted like we were stupid for asking such a thing. The didn't have any bags. We asked for help getting our bag of sand out to the car but her and the other worker refused to help us so we didn't get the sand for our filter. She was not helpful at all but occasionally

I'm very sorry that you feel we've treated you with poor customer service. We may have been having a bad day, busy day, or responding to a condescending response. We try to make our customers our first priority and treat them with respect. We are a swimming pool dealer and we carry the minimal amount of SPA products. The employee pointed you in the direction for the Bromine test strips that we do sell, so therefore she at least gave you our best option we have. She also would have helped you carry chemicals, sand, or any other products to your car. Unfortunately being a small mom and pop store

I went in yesterday to get bromine test strips. They didn't have the kind I needed (even though they had an advertisement for it on their counter). When I asked about it the lady at the register was just plain rude (seriously, not even a smile) and pointed me vaguely to the direction of their ONLY bromine test strips.
