I really appreciate excellence in service. The team at Wise Glass were helpful, courteous and professional right from my initial contact. The product and installation were completed on the date promise. The price quoted was fair and better then several other quotes I recieved. The finished product is beautiful. This review is long overdue! I have used Wise Glass twice and been pleased both times. The first time was for screen replacements throughout my home, and they had competitive pricing, were quick to schedule an install, and were easy to work with. The second visit was for an emergency glass replacement after a hail storm and, again, they were really quick and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Great company! I had purchased a bathtub enclosure from Lowe's. After waiting 3 weeks and no contact from Lowe's about the installation, I decided to look for other options. I was very impressed with the good reviews of Wise Glass. I called and received an almost immediate quote. I returned the enclosure to Lowe's and moved forward with Wise. They sent the installer out to get the exact measurements and my enclosure was installed the following week. There was a defect in one of the doors that I noticed after the installer left. Wise Glass does outstanding work and their prices are so reasonable. I kept holding off on replacing some windows because I thought it would be too expensive. Turns out it's not. I replaced 8 windows around the house, four were specialty windows (tempered glass and half moon windows), we also had them do a frameless shower door in our master. Everything turned out fantastic!!! Highly recommend, and we are now customers for life!! Thank you Wise Glass Team .

Late last year I moved back to the Fort Worth area and bought a house in Crowley. During the move one of the glass doors on my china hutch was broken. After I was settled in I began researching glass companies that hopefully could fix it. The glass has a "tongue" at the top so it would require cutting the piece to fit. I called Wise Glass on April 6 and, after talking with Frances, texted pictures of the door and broken glass. She texted me back a quote and said they could fix it so three days later I drove up and handed them over. Yesterday April 22 Frances texted me it was fixed and

The initial quote was over text after sending them a couple measurements and pictures. No on site estimate was necessary which made it very convenient.
The overall price was maybe 20% higher than getting a glass shower kit from Lowe's installed, which for custom work seemed very reasonable to me.
The final installed product is clearly on another tier of quality from the kit products and I have zero complaints with the workmanship.
I would definitely recommend Wise Glass and they'll be the first ones I call when we hopefully take on additional remodeling next year.

These guys are great! Competitive pricing and great work. Saved me a ton of money on replacing my homes glass and not the whole window frames. Brian, Kevin's right hand man, is a respectful, positive, hard working young man who takes his job seriously. He was our initial contact and was very thorough when taking initial measurements. Kevin, the owner is a super pleasant guy to work with. He quoted the job and then explained the process.
I was very pleased with the quote and felt at ease giving Kevin and Brian the job so I paid the retainer and Kevin got everything ordered.

I went through YELP and contacted Wise Glass about a quote on a shower repair. They responded in a timely fashion and we got the appointment date and time set up.

I called Kevin to come out to do an estimate for my broken window on 3/6. He was able to come out that same day. I had already had one estimate, and Kevin's was the best. He also looked at my shower door, identified the problem we were having with it.
Kevin ordered the window and the part for the door, and had everything fixed on 3/13.
Wise Glass is also great with communication, friendly and professional.
I plan to use them again for any other window needs, as well as replacing the mirrors in my bathrooms.
