I online ordered a really cool natural stone vessel sink from TashMart and when it delivered, there appeared to be a crack in the sink. I contacted the company via email and included pictures; Dave quickly responded with a phone call (while on a break during Jury Duty!). Not only did Dave quickly respond, but he also immediately offered to send a replacement even though the "crack" may have been part of the design. Dave sent a replacement sink and provided a return shipping label for the damaged sink the same day. His customer service went above and beyond anything I would have expected. I highly

We placed an order for a grey sink. When we received it, it was much lighter than expected. I called TashMart and spoke with Dave. Dave went through the warehouse over the weekend and found a couple sinks that were much darker. He sent me pictures so I could choose a sink that better fit what we were looking for.
