I wish this has the option to give zero stars. I sat with their designer, Anne, in early May. Now 2 months later she informs me she is too busy to QUOTE the kitchen. I contacted their main offices and was told that their customers are important to them. I have yet to receive a callback. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE!

Anne is wonderful to deal with; however, do yourself a favor and call ahead to make sure they have your order at the location. Took me 4hrs to get my order yesterday which was suppose to be in Edison but ended up being in Freehold (took them 2 1/2hr to figure out where my order was 🤦) . Don't even bother asking for a discount for their mistake, you will get rejected! People make mistakes, no one's perfect, so just call ahead.

12/20/2018 We were at our wits end after reading, taking notes and researching what would be best for our "near the water" location for 6 exterior doors on our new construction. We are writing this review because we unexpectedly stopped in the Design Center yesterday to see samples on display for the Therma-Tru doors on our contractor's order. We had dozens of questions about keeping cost down and the more than 8 pages of bulleted configuration options with so much unfamiliar terminology about everything from weather strips, rough openings, multipoint locks, finishes, frames,

I have worked with Builders General Supply and the Shaheen family for more than 45 years. They have always gone the extra yard for me and any of my companies. I receive excellent service and reliability at all times. Other suppliers have try to get our business bot none can guaranty me the service I get from Builders General.
