Outstanding work on our large, long driveway. They had to reschedule twice because of rain but this was, at most, a very minor inconvenience. A couple of reviewers here complained bitterly about reschedules as though the company was somehow responsible for the weather but we much preferred to wait for good weather and get the job done right. Their prep work was meticulous and the sealant was applied carefully and neatly with no splashing on grass, plants or buildings. Don't be surprised if when they show up to do the work they say it was measured incorrectly and want to charge you more. They put in our driveway and sealed it once but today when they arrived to seal it they said it was measured incorrectly and the cost would be more then they quoted. Bad business practice won't be calling again.

I chose CNY Sealing to replace a wooden deck with stamped concrete. The owner came over to talk with me about the job and provided me with a quote. His team did a fantastic job and they were able to accommodate some of the changes I requested after signing the agreement without any issues. The job was completed in a few days and I was very happy with the finished product. Having them come back in another week to start a new sidewalk and patio area for this year.

I had a a driveway replacement in 2016 and the end of my driveway is all cracked and in pieces. If a driveway is done properly it would last a lot longer before having this kind of mess. I have never had a snow plow do my driveway because I did not want damage but I have damage anyway. My neighbor had his driveway done the same time buy a company that must have known what they were doing because he does not have the problems that i have with my driveway. Had an estimate in April for a sidewalk install. Brian, the salesman came out and was nice, stated job would start as soon as the ground dried, most likely within 2 weeks. Gave him the required $1300 deposit, which they promptly cashed. I heard nothing after 3 weeks and called and they said they were backed up. Initial estimator came out and wrote up the estimate and promised several items within the estimate.
A few weeks went by after agreeing to the contract. During the first day of the crew being on site I returned home to find they were excavating and laying stone across the property line and into the neighboring property. They did not install fabric prior to the installation of stone as indicated in the contract and used far less stone than what was indicated in the terms of their
