Recommendation from a friend. Made first contact 1 month ago. He answered text and said he would definitely get to me that week. Have tried to call, text. He will not answer text or calls know!

Robert came out and fixed the issue we had with no problems and at a reasonable rate. He was friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

I have called several times to try an schedule service for my hot tub and they will not answer the phone. I have left voicemails and text messages and they will not call back or reply to messages. Apparently they do not need the business so contact a different company that will appreciate your business and let you pay them for their services.

Robert has serviced my hot tub in the past and I was more than satisfied. I made contact with him on Oct. 6, and he advised me he would not be able to put me on his schedule until the following week, and he would contact me with the date and approximate time. That was OK with me as my issue was not urgent. I left him a message on Oct. 12 (the following week) just to let him know I would be available any day except the afternoon of Oct.14. Robert was out to look at our hot tub and determined it needed an entirely new system. This was paid for that day to the time of over 1300.00. The spa has not been fixed. Same issues. Unfortunately, the head of our household who had dealt with Robert passed away. I contacted Robert to explain the situation with our loved ones passing and ask him to please come out to see what could be done since we had just paid for a brand new system to be installed by him, (which is what he said it needed.) He told me he would be out that Monday, which would have been February 10th. Robert has dodged my calls

Put that together with his competitive pricing, and you have service that is hard to beat. Additionally, Robert went the extra mile in accommodating our needs while we had family in town. Great job! Robert was recommended to me by a friend and I couldn't be happier. He was very knowledgeable, quick and affordable. He went above and beyond his service call by replacing an old lightbulb in our hot tub and he even came out on a snow day! 10/10 would recommend.

Robert does excellent work at a reasonable price. He is a trained technician, not someone who just replaces parts. He diagnoses the problem, tells you what is wrong, and what it will take to fix it. Very responsive. I will use his services again.

Really helpful. I had a spa and it was leaking a little. I didn't know who to call and found the Spa Doc online. He was reasonable and knew exactly what he was doing. He didn't lose hardly any of my water and I was very happy with the results. I would highly recommend him!

He knew what he was doing. I had a hot tub that was doing a couple things, it wasn't getting warm and it was having a hard time turning on. He said I needed a new board up top to turn on the jets and a heater pressure switch. I let him tackle it and it has worked great ever since. I will definitely give him a call if I have more issues.
