Services
In 1976 Salvatore Bellissimo created the company known as The Fence Factory. It was Sal's vision that The Fence Factory would cater to the unique needs of the residents of Fairfield and Westchester counties. Our goal is to provide quality fencing which is aesthetically and architecturally consistent with the beauty and charm of our community.
Our custom work shop was established 30 years age in response to the need for better quality fencing in Fairfield County. Back then, as it is today, most fencing was mass produced in large factories outside of this area with no quality control. It was made with only one goal in mind: low cost. The Fence Factory decided it was time to build fences the right way.
Once your fence is built we offer the additional service of staining. Our indoor stain facility provides a clean, dry, climate controlled environment to ensure the best possible finish. Properly drying the wood. The wood is stacked in a way to allow maximum air flow which removes moisture from the wood.
When installing vinyl fences in and around Fairfield County, it is essential to have a Vinyl Shop. The Vinyl shop allows us to build the custom sections needed when the inevitable rock, root or pipe is found when digging the post holes. Custom sections allow us to deal with obstacles. We can build sections with different heights and widths which allows us to continue the overall look of the fence.
Our sales consultant will meet with you and the installation crew at your home to review the final layout on the day of installation. Our skilled installation team will then bring the job to completion. Fence Factory is fully insured and can provide you with a worker's compensation certificate if requested.

This guy was rude and condescending. I had a picture of what I wanted taken from a few other website included theirs. He said was very expensive yet he never quoted a price. Then he started yelling, Do you know who we are? we do custom work, maybe you should just go to home depot" I just looked at him in shock, saying to myself, Hey Dude you don't know what's in my pocket or budget. I went with King Fence (914-337-8700) and they gave a great quote did a fabulous job! Shame on you Fence Factory!

Phil and James along with their entire crew were fantastic. From the design to installation it was a hassle free experience. The team was led by an experienced, skilled fence installer. The job was completed on time and exceeded our expectations. It is absolutely beautiful and we hope the deer enjoy it from the outside and our dog LOVES it from the inside. We LOVE it too. The team at Fence Factory were terrific! Starting from the initial evaluation, the communications were crystal clear. Wonderful people. Good communication come when they say they are coming. Honest hard working and I love my fence. Had to bring them back due to storm damage several years later when wind blown trees destroyed several areas of my fence and it was restored and match beautifully. After shopping around on price and quality I ended up going with The Fence Factory. I appreciate the fact that I was dealing locally with the owners rather than out of town sub-contractors used by the big box stores. I called for a free estimate and Phil (co-owner) was able to come out within 2 business days. After measuring the property and showing me samples I ended up going with fencing that was in stock and on sale. The price was comparable to the big box outlets and I feel that the ActiveYard products are of better quality. Installation was delayed by one day but I was made aware of the change
