Clean, courteous service. Well known reputation as the best around. An older Lexus SUV key sleeve (w/buttons) needed to be replaced. Most locksmiths I called were out of stock and more than one told me to try Phil's. They were the only place local to me that still had those type of key sleeves in stock. Done in 10 min after getting there. Go there for all your key needs - car or home. You won't be disappointed..

Was referred here by two other lock shops because I lost my key fob.. the guys thought they had the right key for me but due to a miscommunication they didn’t have the key I needed. They overnighted one for me and when that key was put on the wrong delivery truck, they called other businesses in the area to find this specific key for me. Once we got the right key it was a matter of minutes before I was paying and driving away. Overall honest professional and above and beyond service ! 10/10 recommend

Great experience with Phil's Lockshop. Went in to buy a new lockset and had them key it to my old key. Entire process took about 30 minutes max. The gentlemen were very helpful and when I called later that day with a installation issue, they were able to walk me through it over the phone. The price for the new lockset and re-key was very reasonable. I will definitely use them again.

Top-quality work and outstanding customer service!
My car key disappeared, and, of course, it's a "special key" that the dealer wanted OUTRAGEOUS money for, because they figure, "Where else could he go?"
I went to Phil's, and I'm glad I did. Robert did outstanding research and made the extra effort to get me a key quickly AND program it for a fraction of what the dealer wanted. He kept me posted and set expectations properly from the outset so there were no misunderstandings. I commend whoever hired Robert and recommend him for a raise.

Yes, the locksmith... one of those old-fashioned but eminently necessary local services. What matters most? Quality of work, developing trust, sense of value... quite a challenge for a type of business that people will always need, but never really want to have to call.
I brought in this stupid old truck that's in such bad shape, I couldn't even lock or unlock the doors with the ignition key... I just assumed they were keyed differently. So I took it to Chris, their car guy, and he did absolutely everything right.
Chris [paraphrased] - "Actually, the doors were keyed the same way
