ATT has better service than Bernie provided. I would put negative stars if I could. When we signed up, we told him we would be there definitely for one month maybe two and asked what we should do. He responded that he has our card on file and will charge it again. So we are two weeks into our second month and rent a uhaul, go to our storage unit and there is a red lock on it. I called him and he said he couldn’t help me because he was out of town. So I called the next day and he said our card was not on file (which he then later admitted to my boyfriend it was) and told me that it was MY responsibility
