I was searching the internet for a place that does outdoor Bbq islands and landed on Viking Paver website. Karen promptly respond to my inquiry and made a site visit. I already have a plan for the island and Karen quickly put it up for an estimate with a fabricator and work commenced even before I signed the contract! March 2021 Viking Pavers replaced my ugly existing driveway with beautifully laid Belgard Aspen pavers. Every interaction I had with this organization was positive and professional. Karen, the project lead, provided daily updates on the work and material scheduling. She also checked in daily to guarantee satisfaction with the work being done. Loved that they showed up in a mask, but that's where it all ended. First of all, they arrived about 48 min. late. The first 30 min. delay was communicated about an hour before the appt., the other part wasn't. Every other contractor I have worked with in the past gives a window or shows up on time. Next, the consultant didn't seem to have much idea of why and where we needed a retaining wall. Viking Pavers did my driveway and back patio and I'm really happy with the work they did. I went with them because our project manager, Todd Crutsinger from Viking Pavers was very upfront and honest. It's been almost a year since it was done and unlike natural stone, like bluestone, the pavers have not changed color and look the same as when they were installed.

I had an all cement front yard with a wooden fence that was about to fall over. I chose Viking Pavers because they know how to do stone walls. The iron fence was completed by Valley Automatic Gate. Both companies worked together to insure the work can be completed correctly. Karen was my point of contact who is AMAZING. We had Viking Pavers design and install our new pool deck, using our guidelines, to replace existing brick patios and railroad tie steps and retaining walls. They did a great job and given the difficulty of a hillside location we are very pleased with the end result. I would however recommend making sure you have the project manager look at the sight before you get a quote as there were a number of structural items that hadn't been taken into account so the initial estimate increased significantly after the PM toured our site.

Mauro led a team from Viking Pavers which did an excellent job of the paving both in our driveway as well as the side and back of our house. It was not cheap (my suggestion is homeowners think very carefully about the exact scope include replacement of steps, porches, etc before beginning a job as "scope creep" made it pricey) but the quality of the work is excellent and the team started on time and finished a couple of days early. There was one minor issue in that some sprinklers didn't work after the job was complete, but Mauro and the team returned to make this right. Overall

Viking Pavers did come out quite promptly and acknowledged the problem. They were able to re-compact and re-lay the pavers in the area that was impacted. We'll now monitor to see how well the driveway holds up over time.

Our driveway and back yard pavers are AWESOME! Very high quality workmanship! We watched them working off and on for 5 weeks (it was a very big project) and they were absolute perfectionists! I did learn from this (our 1st major home improvement project) that communication is critical. I didn't ask about placing sleeves for future power or irrigation needs (Nai included them the second I did ask), the grout color looked different than I expected, Viking changed it out for the darker grey that I now LOVE, and when we had an event at our home but the front wasn't completed, they MADE
