Useless inspection by them. Because of them we ended up being on the hook for a new furnace because there were cracks in the heat exchanger which they did not check properly during the home inspection. I tried calling them several times and all I get is either a full voice mail inbox message or their answering service. Despite leaving them messages, they never called back
