Pricing was high but the quote thorough. I proceeded because the sales rep was very knowledgeable and the quote covered all the details discussed.
Unfortunately the work was not completed as quoted. After the installation of the heat pump and air handler, the sales rep tried to offer a nomination discount and convince me why the work was not necessary. I expected much better service for the quoted price.
The remaining work is scheduled to be completed at the end of themonth. I’m hopeful all of work gets completed this time.

I have been extremely impressed with Mike, Trina, all of the installers,as well as the person who checked my tank, and everyone I have spoken to on the phone. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, personable, and professional. The work was done right and on time. The work area was left clean and my questions were answered. Their service has gone down hill! I have used the online set up delivery option twice first time they took my money and no delivery for about a week second time I did online and also called it in to make sure and 2 days have now passed and no oil. I use to love zekes but I will be switching next winter!
