Peter does the scheduling and always makes the schedule work for us. We love our new cleaning company (we have been a client approx. 6 months) after a few really BAD experiences with other companies. Peter listened to our needs and sent wonderful cleaners our way. We are very picky about our floors and bathrooms and Peter makes sure he has the best cleaners. He always asks for feedback to make sure if we do have an issue, it is addressed. Finally, our mirrors sparkle, our floors are squeaky clean and our bathrooms smell soooo clean and fresh. These guys are fantastic. I've been through different apps and services over the years and for the most part it's been very mediocre at best. Housecleaning EU has been a whole new direction! I hesitate to review because I would rather keep it to myself for the availability but they deserve the accolades 100%. Marketa has been our gal for a few months now and I can't tell you enough about the job she does. Attention to detail and thoroughness that is above and beyond. She is incredibly sweet and personable. She brings a such a positive happy vibe and her personal touches are awesome

Extremely happy with my cleaning service! It was my first time using housecleaning EU and the owner Peter was extremely quick to respond and accommodated my schedule for a last minute service. Zivec, who cleaned my apartment did an even better job. And this is coming from a clean freak, I truly can't find ONE thing that was missed... Everything is absolutely spotless!! Today was my first experience with housecleaning EU and I could NOT be happier. Zivec cleaned our 1500 sqft house that has been pretttty neglected recently. Our house was covered in dog hair and things the kids/dogs track in from running in and out of the house. After 6 hours here everything from the fans, showers, baseboards, to the Floors are sparkling clean and dog hair free.
I also really appreciated Peter coming during the cleaning and checking in to make sure the job was getting done right. Thank you so much Zivec and Peter!

It's so great to come home to a clean house. I had moved and needed the place cleaned. Peter came out, gave a reasonable price and scheduled the cleaning. Since that day, every other week, Thomas comes and cleans the house. He does a great job and the company requests feedback after each cleaning. Such a great decision.

I am thrilled to find the perfect housecleaning service for me after moving to the OC seven years ago. Coming from LA where we had a wonderful housekeeper for 15 years it had been a challenge finding someone to come close to the service we were used to. After 4 different "well recommended" people, we had all but given up and took on the cleaning ourselves for a few years. Once we were retired we wanted to take up the search again. While it is run like a proper business, the girl they sent to clean my house was beyond clueless.
She continually didn't unwrap the soap blocks for the dishwasher, causing plumbing backup & requiring dishwasher repair twice. Not to mention, dirty dishes.
Despite clear instruction not to, she put my cast iron pan in the dishwasher and ruined it.
She would load the dishwasher knives facing up so whoever unloaded it would risk cuts.
The list goes on and on. These cleaners have no basic training & can't understand English. Super disappointed.

This company is reliable, honest and do a great job. I utterly trust them in my home. I have a small dog and they often let her out to go potty! That is above and beyond their job description! Peter, the owner, is amazing! He works around my challenging schedule, his response is always fast, polite and accommodating. When I get home my place is always lovely and clean and things arranged in a pretty manor which is very important to me. Give House Cleaning EU a try. You won't be disappointed!

I had really good experience with this company. I have my cleaning company here in San Diego and im very pleased with them but my housekeeper in Orange County got sick and my rental property had to be cleaned the same day.
I called couple of companies on yelp but nobody answered the phone; Peter on the other hand answered the phone right away. I was amazed how professional he was. I have used a few different companies to do my house cleaning. Although I don't want to bad talk anyone in particular, please know that this company is by far the best. They are very reasonable and do outstanding work. They check in 5 days prior to coming out to your home and more importantly check in after the work has been done to be sure you are completely 100% happy. If you are not they will come right back out and fix whatever it may be. This company depends strongly on referrals and have A great reputation. More importantly, we all want somebody we can trust and these individuals

We really love the service that HousecleaningEU provides. They are friendly and communicative and of course they always do an outstanding job cleaning our home. Fantastic job overall. I've been pretty busy with work and school. Consequently, my place typically looks like a dirty man cave accompanied with some mystery odors. I was initially hesitant to hire someone in fear of the incoming shame I would feel if someone saw how I had been living :p . They came over on time and were really quick with the whole process. After first cleaning was done his worker Jasmine walked me through everything she's done and made sure I'm super happy. I found this company on Google. I called them and Peter-owner answered right away. He came for estimate the same day. Very professional ..... He was even wearing a company T-shirt with the name on it. He did very detailed estimate and explained me how are they gonna clean my house. He also told me everything about green cleaning and products they use. I was just amazed. The price is very reasonable too. We scheduled the job the week after; his crew did an excellent job with no doubt. They come to clean our house every week now and we couldn't be happier.
