When you need septic service.. You really NEED septic service! They went above and beyond squeezing in my last-minute, Friday morning, mini-emergency. A-1 sets a high bar for customer service. As a contractor, I experience more tradesman in a year than most folks do in a lifetime. I wish everyone took customer service as seriously they do.

Wonderful service from first call with Irena to having the service man here! Clint explained the process before starting the job & made sure site was all cleaned up before he left. Service completed within a day & saved me money since they were in the area. I’ll never call anyone else to take care of my septic service. These are local folks who take pride in their work & serving their community! You just can’t go wrong calling them!

Called A-1 to pump my aerobic system after getting recommendations from all my neighbors. I spoke with Irena who was very kind and knowledgeable and scheduled me for next day. Clint called me on his way over first thing in the morning and I explained what was going on he pumped the system and did a quick check to see if my line had a clog at no additional cost. 10/10 will definitely call them the next time I need service on any of my properties!!
