My experience with this company was a disaster from the very start, I had an appointment with Gus at 5:00, and he arrived at 3:00. Then, we agreed on a price and an install date, he told me Friday. I waited for him all Friday, took off work, called him only for him to tell me he never agreed to come Friday. I was told by Gus would be an extra $800 to install my awning, and then I got my invoice and was being charged over $1,500 extra for the installation. So I said no to the install and that I would pick it up and install myself. So I drive all the way to Dallas, mind you I live in Lavon, only

The salesman never called, until I called two hours later. When he answered the phone, he said something bigger had come up and that he was giving up the job. They never recommended me another place, as it is stated here. They are admitting here they did go see the premises and decided to turn around and leave instead coming in and meet with me. If he took time to see my premises, they could have immediately call me to let me know they couldn't do it, instead of making me drop everything to be on time for the appointment. I am not upset because they didn't do it, but because of the lack
