Quick response from the company as a whole and exceptional service from Dennis. I am from Utah and more familiar with natural gas furnaces and not heat pumps, Dennis was very helpful answering all the questions I had to help me understand the root cause. He identified the bad control within 15 minutes and went straight to fixing the problem. Would use this company again and would request Dennis as the tech.
