Now that the house is complete, I wanted to write to tell you how very pleased I was with the entire process. Having read lots of books and articles and talked to many people about the home building process, I had been prepared for the worst. However, what actually transpired was an almost perfect.example of how a house should be built.
I appreciate the way this house was your house during the building process. I couldn't have asked for more in a project manager. We just wanted to let you know how much we appreciate ALL that you've done for us so far. We know that we're not one of the biggest projects you've ever done, but we feel that we're being treated as if we are.
We love your enthusiasm and attention to detail. We think it's cool how you get as excited as we do as the project progresses. We feel lucky to be working with you and feel it has been well worth the wait. I have done many residential projects, but none has been as satisfying as this project. There are many reasons for this, but primarily it is because you made it look easy and did so with great spirit.

We are a full service remodeling company. That means we specialize in everything from replacing doors or windows, all the way through complex new home construction. The most important aspect of Home Carpentry Service is the way we handle our projects-one at a time. We take on one project and see it through to completion before beginning any new work.

Jim Willis does an amazing job! His work for us has included both the design and execution of numerous projects for our home including new bathrooms, designing and building a pergola for our pool, and replacing doors and windows where needed. His workmanship is of the highest quality and he works neat, too! We live in a 1780 home in the woods in Connecticut and it takes a special artist to fill our needs. Jim exceeds all expectations. We have been very pleased for many years!

Jim came highly recommended as the person to completely repair our faulty glass shower. He is reliable, impeccably neat and possesses the expertise to finish the work in a timely manner. I have used Jim Willis over the years on various home projects ranging in scope from small to large, minor to complicated. He has consistently done a spectacular job! His work is impeccable. His timing and price estimates are always spot on! And he's a nice guy, too. He cares about his work and the finished product. Working with Jim is an absolute pleasure! As we were told by our friends who recommended Jim, "You can't put Jim in a bad mood and you can't put him off schedule". We found both to be absolutely true!
We threw a laundry list of changes and additions at Jim and he still hit his planned completion date. Not to mention a lengthy list of additional fixes he took care of "just because he already had his ladder out".
We consider Jim a trusted friend, (with a considerable skill set :)
We won't be doing any projects in the future without his involvement.
