I close and winterize my pool every winter because my pipes tend to freeze; which has been a very expensive repair here in the past. Upkeep on the closed pool requires only a minimal of service - normally once per month until it opens again in the Spring. Melone's service manager came out to bid on cleaning my pool. He told me that in order for Melone's to "put their name on my pool", they would require that the pool be in full operation all winter rather than closed. And of course, rather than reduce the twice weekly service and associated costs to just once a month during

We could not be happier with the work performed by Melone's in refinishing our pool. There was an extensive amount of work needed to complete the replaster and tile work on my aging pool that included significant patching. Melone's performed exceptional work in a timely manner. They never hesitated to answer questions and explained the tasks required clearly. Every member of the crew always acted in a respectful and friendly manner. Service after the installation has been excellent. Highly recommend 100%.

I have used this company many times in the past and they are very qualified and professional. They have excellent employees because they give them an actual career and take great care of them. I own a landscape company that involves new swimming pools and Melone’s always does our new pool start-ups and they professionally guide the client in pool care and operation. There are many choices for pool service but if you’re looking for a competitive, professionals and reliable service provider, I highly recommend Melone’s pool service.

Absolutely the worst! Stay FAR away from these guys!! Last October (2018) I was unable to close my pool as I usually do due to illness and I asked my wife to reach out to Melones. The first sign reaching out to them was a bad call was they arrived 2 weeks past the appointment. When they they did finally close the pool, they did so without cleaning any leaves or even remembering to turn off my auto fill. They told me after the fact cleaning is an up charge... which I would have gladly paid had they communicated that!! They just put the cover on and pulled the plugs out of the pumps... thank God
