I was pretty disappointed with the service from this company. They showed up a half hour late, didn't properly wear masks, didn't clean around the toilet and left without checking if everything was up to standards. They were aware of the square footage of the office and told me the job would take 3 hours, they were in and out in about 45 minutes. When I discussed my concerns with the owner, Henry, he was less than professional and insisted I pay the full amount. It was not a pleasant experience and I will not be using them again.

Verbally reluctant to clean visibly dirty areas when pointed out
Threw a fit when asked to clean the rails of the patio
When I called to get a reimbursement of $125 (for the stove that they broke while cleaning) they got angry and hung up
Came almost 2 hours late
I had to call to see if they were coming 15 min past, and told they had trouble finding my information
They eventually came another 50 mins after the secondly scheduled time
Payment process, obviously not used to taking credit card
